1. Within 10 days of product delivery, customer can raise exchange/refund request to londonprints.care@gmail.com
2. Exchange/return due to defective or incorrect products, must be reported to londonprints.care@gmail.com within 24 hours.
3. Products purchased using special discount offers are not eligible for returns.
4. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 120/- is charged
5. If returned product is in poor condition (worn/torn/stained), refund/exchange is not applicable.
6. COD order refunds are done via store credit.
