New Returns Policy
Returns Policy was last updated on 5th March 2024.
General Terms
- Please refer below table to see which product categories are eligible or non-eligible for Returns;
- Customers can initiate return request within 3 days of receiving their ordered shipment. To initiate the return request, customers should email to londonprints108@gmail.com.
- We will confirm customer's return request over email and arrange reverse-pickup from customer address within 2-3 days, subject to availability of reverse-pickup service in customers' pincode area.
- Customer should pack the products properly before handing over the package to pickup-executive.
- If we receive returned items in poor condition (worn/torn/stained), no refund or exchange will be applicable.
- Refund will be offered in terms of our store credit. Customer can buy any product from our website with the store credit.
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
- After exchanging an order, second time exchange/refund on that order will not be applicable.

Exceptions to General Terms
- If reverse-pickup facility is not available at customer area pincode, customer need to self-ship the products to our address (#3019, NTT-2, Behind New TT, Ring road, Surat-395002). To compensate for customer 's expense on self-ship, we will provide our store voucher worth Rs 100/- to the customer.
- If a customer has ordered our biggest size (XXL) shirt & it doesn't fit to the customer, we will offer refund amount via bank transfer or UPI, after deduction of Rs 149/- per product. The customer is free to choose full order amount refund as our store credit.
- If a product was purchased by customer at a discounted price under any of our discount offer, that product will not be eligible for exchange or refund facility.
